Everything that they said. There are a couple of good golf courses. Surfing is not great in the area but there are a couple of great surf shcools including one run by Rory Russel who is a world champion surfer. Gauranteed to get you up and riding. There are many shows etc in the local hotels but you really need to get out of town and explore the island to have a great time here. Lots to see and do on the island. Just get in your car and go. You’ll have a ball.

oahu at the turtle bay resort is my location.
i used to live in Laie that is about 10 miles from there – here are a few suggestions:
go to Waimaea Bay on the north shore – if it is big surf there are usually amazing surf competitions there – if the surf is low this is one of the best beaches on the island.
go to the Polynesian Cultural center – do the whole day there – you will learn lots about the culture of Hawaii and the other Polynesian islands (tahiti, Tonga, Samoa, Fiji, etc) the luau is great and the night show is amazing!
Spend a day in Honolulu – go to Pearl Harbor, shop the International market place, walk down Waikiki at evening.
otherwise – kick back and relax – enjoy a day just sitting by the ocean and soaking up the sun.

Should i Reserve online or in person for activities for hawaii? I like to have everything planned when i go places to it relieves the headache of finding places to go and things to do, so would it be easier/cheaper to reserve ahead of time or better more convenient to reserve in person for like boat cruises snorkeling para sailing luaus etc…
also what about travel to hotel from airport??? when i went a few years ago that was included in the package but this time i went through expedia and im not sure if it includes it… any tips?

I am currently living in Honolulu, and just out of curiosity, which island are you planning to visit? Most of the islands, you can get really good deals from activity centers either same day or a day or so in advance. I never recommend booking things on these islands too far in advance, as the weather comes into play with alot of things (and we are currently in our rainy season) and occasionally things get canceled for unforeseen reasons as well. If you happen to be on Oahu, the best place for activities is The Activity Store for sure! Awesome rates, especially if you book multiple things or have a group 
For transport from the airport, I recommend a shuttle, but u can get those on the ground too…
Im a girl and 16 and going to Maui next month with my parents. We have no idea what to do there besides wounder by the beach. If you have ANY ideas please tell me! I was also thinking maybe going snorkling. Thanks!
Be sure and get the travel brochures when you get to the airport. Some have special deals, and coupons for food and activities. You can go to a luau, go snorkel, scuba, dine, jet ski, water ski, boogie board or body surf, learn to surf, zip line, horseback ride, ride atvs, hike or bike the volcano, go on a dinner cruise, boogie board, fish, boat, shop, hike Io valley, drive to Hana, and so much more!
