My friend is getting married at the Four Seasons Maui. I unfortunately can’t afford to stay there. But I would like to stay close to there. My boyfriend and I are going and want to stay somewhere pretty nice (no more than $200 a night) so any suggestions on where to stay, things to do, places to eat would help
Congrats on your friend’s marriage! You’ll have a ball, I’m sure!
I wouldn’t totally give up on staying at the Four Seasons Maui just yet, there are some awesome hotel deals going on around the islands, and you just might get lucky. I’d keep checking sites for specials until you make your final booking.
There’s a great free accommodations guide to Maui with information and details on many local hotels and condo rentals. http://www.budurl.com/freemauiguide
The closest hotels to the Four Seasons Maui are:
- The Fairmont
- Diamond Resort Hawaii
A little further, you’ll find:
- Wailea Beach Villas
- Grand Wailea Resort & Spa
All of these are great places to stay. For some hotel deals, I’d go here: http://budurl.com/hoteldeals
The area is near a convenient shopping center and by the beach, so you’ll have lots of restaurants to choose from and be close to many activities. I’d recommend eating at Spago at the Four Seasons – it’s expensive, but so worth the Hollywood-like experience in paradise.
There’s so much to do and see on Maui, here’s a site with a list of many things: http://www.hawaii.com/hawaiian-information/maui/attractions/overview.php

There are tons of great hotels in Oahu. I’ve had good luck at SpinCityTravel.com. Look under hotels and it will bring up all the available hotels, with features, ammenities and customer feedback. Book air and hotel together and it’s an even better deal

i am looking for inexpensive hotels in hawaii they need to be in maui.
I am on a rather tight budget to anything inexpensiveis great.
I would prefer a condo/vacation home/suite with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and at least one bath.
I will be staying in hawaii for 2 weeks if that helps get a lower price
please include the hotel name and price per night. a website/link would be great too
kihei has the cheapest hotels, they are near the biggest mall on maui and close to the m.a.c.c. (maui arts cultural center).
There are 7 Hawaiian Islands so you would have to be more specific. I lived on Oahu and can recommend some there.
The outrigger hotel
The Kahala hotel

I am planning a trip in hawaii sometime next month & renting a car since i like driving and seeing the whole island.
But the hotels charge parking fee for a day. It’s ridiculous. Is there any place here in this island that don’t charge for parking? And what part of oauhu is better to stay at with a great price?
stay in north shore, turtle bay is awesome! and their parking isnt bad. plus theres street parking
