Nope. And even if there was an "adults-only" resort if you left and went to a beach you would run into kids everywhere. Tourism is vitail to Hawaii's economy.
References :
Hawaii resident.

I know of no all adult resorts in the state, though there may be some & I am just not aware. But I don't ever recall seeing any ads for a place touting themselves as adults only. There are many "full service resorts", by that I mean hotels where you would never need to leave the grounds to experience a wonderful vacation.

OK... some suggestions on resorts. on the Big Island, the Orchid or the Hilton Waikoloa, on Maui, the Four Seasons or the Grand Wailea, on Kauai, the Princevile Resort, on Oahu, the Hilton Hawaiian Village or the Halekulani

Good luck finding the perfect honeymoon spot!
References :
Honolulu resident

Closest to an all inclusive resort is Kona Village on the Big Island of Hawaii. I am not aware of any true all inclusive resort anywhere in the state like those offered in the Caribbean.
