Just an estimate, 7day trip to Hawaii..
Where are you flying from? I would break it down like this:
Rental Car: $400
Hotel: This depends on where you stay. Some hotels rent from $62 to 400 a night.
Food/Drink: I would say in Waikiki at least 300, unless you want to eat a lot of plate lunches and buy your own booze.
Don’t forget about souvenirs and if you want to visit museums or luaus or anything like that.

It really depends on a few things like which island you want to go to, are you planning to stay in the ‘tourist’ areas in a luxury hotel, or are you okay with staying in a rented vacation home.
Also, do you want to see all the shows, tours, etc. or is sitting back on the beach enjoying BBQ and watching the sunset better for you, then taking a rental car yourself to go exploring.
I suggest you look online at various options to see what is available. Now with the economy the way it is, you might get pretty good deals.

only maybe 77 dollars, yeah, because you can catch free flights at your local airport and come down and enjoy hawaii, the paradise. local airports are giving away free flights to hawaii almost every month..and then you come down here, and walk around. forget about paying for car rental, just walk around with your shoes, it’s much better this way, so you can savor the lovely scenery more longer..if you bring blankets and pillows, you can sleep on the beach, because it’s really beautiful out there at night. maybe bring an umbrella , just in case it rains. and then, use only 10 dollars a day for food, and then, at the end of the 7 days, you still got 7 dollars to enjoy whatever hawaii has to offer. you can live like a king on hawaii on just 7 dollars, you just got to look for the good deals, there are many good deals in life
